Payment Policy

At The Noelle Bladed Academy, we have a payment policy in place to ensure smooth training experiences for all our students.

For In-Person Group Training: A non-refundable deposit of $700 is required to secure your spot in the class. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of $3,150, leaving a balance of $2,250 to be paid on your first day of training.

For In-Person Advanced Training: A $600, non-refundable deposit is required to hold your place in class. This is deducted from the total cost of $2,100 and leaves $1,500 to be paid on your first day of training.

For Virtual Coaching: Similar to in-person training, a $400 non-refundable deposit is necessary to reserve your place in the class. This deposit will be subtracted from the total cost of $1,850, resulting in a remaining balance of $1,450, which should be settled the day before the training.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your training, please contact The Noelle Bladed Academy at least 2 weeks before your scheduled training dates. This notice period is essential because it allows us to open up the training days for other potential students or clients.

Failure to reschedule or cancel within the required timeframe will be considered a missed training session and will incur a $200 fee per day missed. This fee is necessary to compensate for the missed income and lost time of The Noelle Bladed Academy.

No Show No Call Policy

If you miss your training session without prior notification to The Noelle Bladed Academy, a $200 fee will be applied for each missed day, with your payment information on file. To return for training, all accumulated fees must be settled first.

Late Policy

Punctuality is crucial to ensure a productive training session. If a student is more than 20 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled training session, it will be considered a missed session, resulting in a $200 fee with your payment information on file. To resume training, the $200 charge must be paid.

Deposit Transfers

If you need to reschedule your training dates (prior to the 2-week notice window), your original deposit can be transferred to a new date within 3 months of the originally booked date. After the 3-month period, a new deposit will be required.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We want to be transparent and emphasize that we cannot guarantee specific results or ensure the success of your PMU career. The beauty industry is dynamic and ever-evolving, and your journey within it will be influenced by various factors, including your dedication, effort, and how effectively you apply the education, advice, and directions provided during our training.

Success in PMU isn't solely reliant on the training you receive; it's a combination of your passion, persistence, and adaptability in a competitive field. We're here to provide you with the foundation and knowledge, but your journey beyond our training is ultimately in your hands.

The Noelle Bladed Academy also reserves the right to make decisions regarding services and trainings based on our discretion. This policy ensures that we maintain a positive and productive learning environment for all our students and clients.
